VITAMIN E ( from natural vegetable oils)

An extremely important antioxidant vitamin, which plays a huge role in the retarding of the aging process; treating heart disease; preventing blood clots; protects against the toxic effects of heavy metals; helps to oxygenate the cells; prevents scar tissue and promotes healthy skin.

Extremely important in the healthy function of all reproduction organs. Statistical records show that conception chances at mating increase by approx. 40% than those animals not on vitamin E. ANTI - PARASITE POWDER

Probably the most important vitamin supplement to add to the diet of animals. This form is buffered and is easily digested without stomach irritation. It is almost tasteless and very easy to give. Important not only for daily maintenance but for the sick, recovering, arthritic or surgical patient as well. It has also proved useful to add in the formula of puppies/ kittens who are not doing well. Contains pure imported sodium ascorbate at the rate of 4,000 mg. per teaspoon.

The Fading Puppies Syndrome

Richard Croft, the originator of the Fading Puppies Remedy, developed the product over many years, based on observation and trying over 800 combinations. It has been used for over 30 years in Europe and has treated tens of thousands of puppies and kittens successfully.

Puppies that fade can do so for a variety of reasons. This could be why some fade out in the first few hours and some may go at two weeks. The Fading Puppy Remedy takes into account the majority of reasons why pups fade, giving it a very High success rate.

FADING PUPPY REMEDY

Dosage to the puppies from birth: As a preventative 2 drops twice daily if they look normal for two to three weeks. If there is any deterioration in the puppies use a higher dosage- - 4 drops half hourly or hourly for about eight to twelve hours in every 24 hours. The dosage relies very much on how the puppies are responding, so give more or less as you think best. All litters of puppies are not the same so you may see some variations in the response to the remedy. One sign is a tendency to " puff and blow" a little. In this case cut the dosage in half. NOTE: For premature toy puppies that weigh under 3 ounces dilute the remedy one drop to three drops of pure water. Then give a single drop per dose.

Puppies that are being bottle fed or supplemented can be given Fading Puppy Remedy as it will also help the digestive system. Give it after dewclaw removal and tail docking to allay trauma.

The Fading remedy will improve the milk of the bitch and the dosage of half a teaspoon can be given once or twice a day, regardless of the size of the bitch. Homeopathy is not dosed by weight.

The Remedy can be given to the bitch during whelping for cases of exhaustion.

To help prevent Fading Puppy Syndrome, it is recommended to give the remedy from the time of mating at half a teaspoon daily. This is particularly good for bitches with a history of losses. There are advantages though, even if the bitch has had no history. The puppies are more robust and even in size. The remedy should not be given on food, as this stops it from having a good effect. The remedy is in a sucrose solution, so it is highly palatable. If there is any difficulty in administration, it can be put in a saucer with one or two teaspoons of milk or honey. Or use a syringe.

The first few hours are critical in keeping puppies going. Heat is very important.

Storage: Remedies should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. Can safely be refrigerated in hot climates. Keep away from pungent odors and electronic appliances. (microwave; computer, etc.)

TRIDEX 771 COMBINATION

This is a homeopathic supplement that is formulated for the animal who is in poor condition; lacks appetite; underweight; and has poor coat. It has a good effect for rescue cases. Dosage: ½ or 1 tsp. once or twice daily. Most cases show signs of improvement from one 2oz Bottle.

TRIDEX STANDARD

Helps to give the system a lift up in behavior. It is a good tonic for young dogs that are not nervous. Use it when there is ring shyness; sluggishness in the ring; fear of people; or just not keen on being handled. The PU200 may be needed as well. In case of shock at a show, you can give this every half hourly for a time. Also, it is excellent to give to the bitch who has just whelped who needs help to settle.

Dosage: ½ tsp. two to three times daily. On a good change, the remedy can be reduced.

TRIDEX B9

Effective for many kinds of nervous problems; i.e. Excitement in its many forms; when the animal is very jumpy in the ring; or when they just need to settle down. Use it for many forms of aggression problems. This remedy has a good calming effect.

PU 200 COMBINATION

There can be heightened sensitivity in young animals from 5 to 18 months of age. It only takes a small imbalance to effect the nervous system. This may show as a nervous problem or as a poor appetite and coat problem. The main indication for this remedy is a dislike of being touched or handled. In these cases use it with the Standard or B9 remedy.

PU200 can also have a good effect on Female Fertility. Use it when there are no puppies from a mating and the seasons are normal and the cycles stable. Give it to the bitch approx. 4- 6 weeks before her next season every other day. Discontinue when she comes in season.

PU200 can be given to male dogs that show a lack of interest in bitches. This remedy should not be given to a bitch who is in season or pregnant.

ENZYME (DIETARY SUPPLEMENT)

Promotes better energy utilization by alleviating and reversing the blockage of inactivated enzymes in the body. Use it for recovery after injury or illness; fatigue; improper nutrition and stress. Can be used as a daily supplement in general health maintenance.

PREGNANCY FORMULA

This combines key remedies to help ensure a normal pregnancy and delivery.

Caulophyllum 30c, Arnica 30x, and Sepia 30c

These proven remedies are recommended by leading holistic vets throughout the world to be given during gestation. All my girls receive this along with the NR Birth Aid without fail! When given after whelping this will aid in preventing infection; uterine prolapse; and general pain.

DOSAGE: Give 1/2 to 1 dropper full once a week from the time of mating. Give once daily during the last four days of pregnancy.

After Birth: Give three times daily for five days. Give away from food.

URTICA URENS 30c

After birthing and the bitch's milk production does not get going, or is slow to come in, this remedy will help to stimulate it.

DOSAGE: Give one dose. If necessary repeat every 4 hours until milk flows.

CAULOPHYLLUM 1m

This dependable high potency remedy can be used when there is difficulty during labor or uterine inertia. It helps to revive labor contractions and can be used in place of Pituitrin injections. Also can be given after whelping to release retained afterbirths. It is also useful in promoting drainage in open pyometra. This is a remedy to have on hand just in case!

Dosage: Give one dose every 15 minutes for up to four doses. As long as results are achieved continue as needed. (If no result seek Veterinary assistance)

VIBURNAM OPULIS 30c

For animals that have shown a history of miscarriages or reabsorption problems.

DOSAGE: Give 1/2 to 1 full dropper twice a week during the first month of pregnancy. Then once a week during the second month of pregnancy.

PULSATILLA 1m

A homeopathic remedy to be used to help minimize or prevent false pregnancy symptoms.

DOSAGE: 1 full dropper once a day from when the season ends until the threat of the false pregnancy has passed.

THUJA 30c & SULPHUR 30c (sold separately)

Thuja is the main remedy to give to help detoxify from the side effects of vaccinations. Give one dose immediately after the vaccine is administered. For chronic problems traced to vaccinations, give Thuja once daily for one week; then give Sulphur once daily for the next week. This will aid the body in detoxification.

LYSSIN 30c

Lyssin is one of the two remedies we use to detoxify the body after a rabies vaccination. This remedy should be used with the Thuja for the best results. Give ½ to 1 Full dropper of the Thuja as soon as possible after the vaccination and the same amount of the Lyssin about 30 minutes later. For the next 7 days follow up with Thuja in the AM and Lyssin in the PM. Very small animals would get ½ dropper at each dose and medium to large animals would get 1 Full dropper. These detox protocols can be beneficial weeks or even months after the vaccination has been given to help minimize side effects.
